About the Global Workplace department
The Global Workplace department is dedicated to planning, realizing, and maintaining JetBrains' offices globally, upholding our standard of excellence. We are involved in every aspect of this process – from site selection and project supervision to employee move-ins.
We are currently seeking a Workplace Technology Product Manager to join the Global Workplace Department. This role will be instrumental to the realization of our vision for JetBrains offices by integrating technology into our workplaces, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing the employee experience.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and implement workplace technology initiatives such as integrated workplace management systems (IWMS), booking systems, and other tools to optimize workplace efficiency and engagement.
- Drive multiple projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and a high level of quality.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure the efficient implementation of workplace tools by writing and reviewing code.
- Align technological initiatives with JetBrains’ workplace strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams that include IT, real estate, procurement, security, and legal.
- Ensure data management and compliance by developing robust strategies in line with privacy and security regulations.
- Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging trends like AI, VR, and IoT and introducing these technologies at JetBrains offices worldwide.
- Engage and manage key stakeholders across departments, building strong relationships to ensure alignment and support for workplace technology initiatives.
We’d be happy to have you on our team if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on workplace technology solutions.
- Have the ability to write and review code, for integrations and scripts to extract data.
- Understand system design and have experience with solutions workplace technology solutions.
- Are experienced in agile development, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Are familiar with data security standards and privacy compliance regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with employees from various cultural backgrounds.
- Possesses strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Are skilled at presenting data analytics and transforming insights into strategic actions
We’d be especially thrilled if you have:
- Project management certification.
- A background in real estate or facilities management.
- Experience with developer tools or systems as a user.
