You can configure font and color schemes for the background, input, and output of CLion consoles.

Customize color scheme for consoles

  1. Press CtrlAlt0S to open the IDE settings and then select Editor | Color Scheme | Console Colors.

  2. Select the component and adjust the settings in the right-hand pane:
