To make your work in a dev environment more comfortable, you can apply the same personal IDE settings that you use in your local IDE instance. Personal settings include the IDE theme, keymap, and others. The easiest way to apply the settings to the IDE in a dev environment is to use the Settings Sync feature. It lets you share your settings across different instances of the IDE.

IDE plugins are installed separately by the template author (namespace administrator).
