Enable gift codes

Turn on the option by setting GIFT_CODES_ENABLED to true in the datalore.values.yaml file.

dataloreEnv:
  ...
  GIFT_CODES_ENABLED: "true"

Make sure you enabled the Plans to activate the gift code option.
