You can find the current version of your Datalore On-Premises:
On the status panel
The status panel is located in the bottom right corner of the editor. Hover over the programming language sign at the bottom of the panel.
In the Account settings menu
Click the avatar in the upper right corner of the Home page or the editor. Select Account settings from the menu. Your current On-Premises version is displayed at the bottom of the User settings tab of the menu.
