Window | Tool Windows | Commit - Commit to <branch> - Context menu of a file or change list - Move to Another Changelist

Use this dialog to move changes to a certain changelist.

Description

Existing Changelist

Choose this option to move changes to one of the existing changelists. Choose the target changelist from the list.

New Changelist

Choose this option to create a new changelist and move the changes to it.

  • Name: in this text box, type the name of the changelist to be created.

  • Comment: in this text box, type an optional description of the new changelist.

  • Set active: select this checkbox to have DataSpell automatically give the active status to the new changelist immediately after the changes are restored in it. When this checkbox is cleared, the current active changelist remains active.
