Name

Specify the name for the extracted method.

Declare static

Check this option to declare the method static. This option is enabled when the initial expression is static itself.

Parameters

In this area, select the parameters you want to be used in the extracted method. The parameters are all checked by default. If unchecked, the appropriate value will be used as a local variable in the extracted method.

Move Up/Down

Use this buttons to reorder parameters in the list.

Here you can change the method's visibility scope.
