Single character string concatenation

These literals may be replaced with equivalent character literals, gaining some performance enhancement.
Example:
String hello = hell + "o";
After the quick-fix is applied:
String hello = hell + 'o';

Can be used to locate inspection in e.g. Qodana configuration files, where you can quickly enable or disable it, or adjust its settings.
