Multiple repository urls

Reports the usage of multiple URLs per repository (maven or ivy) block. The problem is that only one URL can be picked up for the repository, the other URLs will be ignored.

Can be used to locate inspection in e.g. Qodana configuration files, where you can quickly enable or disable it, or adjust its settings.
