Redundant lambda arrow

Reports redundant lambda arrows in lambdas without parameters.

Example:

  fun foo(f: () -> Unit) = f()

  fun bar() {
      foo { -> println("Hi!") }
  }

After the quick-fix is applied:

  fun foo(f: () -> Unit) = f()

  fun bar() {
      foo { println("Hi!") }
  }
