Obsolete version of entity implementation

Reports existence of the obsolete implementation for the entity.

Verifies that existing implementation for entities has the same API version as described at com.intellij.platform.workspace.storage.CodeGeneratorVersions from dependencies.

Suggests regenerating implementation for the whole entities in the current module.
