Browsing Subversion Repository
Prior to checking files out, you can browse the contents of a Subversion repository. The Subversion Repository browser enables you to add or discard repository locations, view the history of files and folders, check out files and folders, navigate to the source code, browse changes, create branches or tags, etc.
Browsing the contents of a Subversion repository is always available, even when Subversion is not enabled in your project. All you need is a valid user account.
To browse the contents of a Subversion repository
On the main menu, choose VCS | Browse VCS Repository | Browse Subversion Repository.
The SVN Repositories tool window will open.
If no repositories have been specified so far, click in the toolbar and specify the repository URL in the New Repository Location dialog that opens.
Browse the repository. If authentication is required, enter your credentials in the Authentication Required dialog that opens when you first try to expand the top node.
