Code Inspection: Deprecated 'assertFileEquals/assertStringEqualsFile' usage
Reports the deprecated usages of the assertFileEquals, assertFileNotEquals, assertStringEqualsFile, and assertStringNotEqualsFile functions with the $canonicalize and $ignoreCase parameters.
$canonicalize and $ignoreCase parameters of the assertFileEquals and assertFileNotEquals functions are deprecated and will be removed in PHPUnit 9.
