Ctrl+Alt+S the Settings icon

This page appears only when the Grazie bundled plugin is enabled in the Installed tab of the Settings | Plugins page as described in Install plugins.

Use this settings page to select the languages in which PhpStorm should check texts for typos, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and so on. Out of the box, PhpStorm includes English language support. See Natural languages for details.
