Create New Project: Specify Local Path

Project name

Type the name of the project to be set up based on the downloaded files.

Project local path

Specify the local folder where the new project will be set up. First specify the parent folder where the project folder will be created. Type the path manually or click Browse and select the desired location in the dialog that opens.

As you type the project name, it is added to the project path.

Deployment options

Specify the download configuration to use. The available options are:

• Default - click this option to have PhpStorm download the sources according to the settings specified in the Options dialog on the Deployment page.

• Custom - click this option to customize the default settings in the Create New Project: Review Deployment Options dialog that opens when you click Next.
