Code Inspection: Non-ASCII characters
Reports code elements that use non-ASCII symbols in an unusual context.
Example:
Non-ASCII characters used in identifiers, strings, or comments.
Identifiers written in different languages, such as
myСollection
with the letterC
written in Cyrillic.Comments or strings containing Unicode symbols, such as long dashes and arrows.
Suppress an inspection in the editor
Place the caret at the highlighted line and press Alt+Enter or click .
Click the arrow next to the inspection you want to suppress and select the necessary suppress action.
