Code Inspection: Missing visibility
Reports the properties, constants, and methods that are declared without visibility definition.
According to PSR-12, visibility MUST be defined on:
All properties,
All constants if your project's PHP minimum version supports constant visibilities (PHP 7.1 or later),
All methods.
