PyCharm makes it possible to easily navigate between templates and views, using the gutter icons

To navigate from a view to a template
Open views.py file in the editor.
Click the gutter icon next to the desired function:
To navigate from a template to the referencing view
Open the desired template file in the editor.
Click the gutter icon:

If there are more related files (for example, a view and a Style Sheet), select the desired target from the popup that appears:
