This page of ReSharper options allows you to configure custom formats of file paths and URLs for the Copy Code Reference list (Control+Alt+Shift+C).

The listed items will become available in the Copy Code Reference popup with specified titles. For example, for Link to $FILENAME$, you will see Link to Program.cs in the list:

Both title and URI patterns can use the number of placeholders listed on the page.
