Profile unit tests with dotTrace

If you have dotUltimate license, you can profile performance of unit tests with JetBrains dotTrace.

When dotTrace is enabled, the Profile Unit Tests command appears together with Run Unit Tests Control+T, R / Debug Unit Tests Control+T, D commands. You can use this command to start profiling unit tests from the editor, from the Solution Explorer, or from unit tests sessions.
