This page of ReSharper options allows you to configure custom formats of file paths and URLs for the Copy Code Reference list (CtrlAltShift0C).

The listed items will become available in the Copy Code Reference popup with specified titles. For example, for Link to $FILENAME$, you will see Link to Program.cs in the list:

Both title and URI patterns can use the number of placeholders listed on the page.

note

A pattern for GitHub link to the current line is added automatically if the project is in a Git repository with the GitHub as remote. The corresponding item will appear in the Copy Code Reference popup, but not on this settings page.
