IDE zoom level

The zoom level defines the size of all user interface elements at once. Increasing the default IDE scale makes it easier to read on larger screens, or helps to meet your accessibility needs.

tip

Instead of or in addition to zooming the entire IDE, you can change the editor font size.

Zoom IDE

  1. Press CtrlAlt0S to open the IDE settings and then select Appearance & Behavior | Appearance.

  2. From the Zoom list, select a zoom level you want.

Reset to the default zoom level

  1. Press CtrlAlt0S to open the IDE settings and then select Appearance & Behavior | Appearance.

  2. Click Reset to default next to the Zoom list.
