Rails

RubyMine recognizes custom paths in your Rails applications and engines alongside the default ones, like app, app/controllers, app/models, and so on. You can configure these paths manually or let the IDE automatically detect them. This enables all code insight features for sources stored beyond the default locations.

Import automatically from Rails

If selected, RubyMine will attempt to import paths in the background every time you open the project.

Add

Add a new path key.

Remove

Remove a path key.

Import from Rails

Import path keys and paths from Rails manually.

Restore Defaults

Restore path keys and paths to the defaults that Rails uses.

Name

Provide a name for the path key.

Add

Add a new path for the selected path key.

Remove

Remove a path for the selected path key.
