Test details page contains all information TeamCity has for a particular test:

Complete test history table, that contains information about the test status, its duration, and information on a build this test was run.
In general case, test history is shown for the whole project, displaying the build configuration name this test was run in. To view the test history for the particular build configuration, select its name in the Narrow to drop-down list.
