We’re currently looking to strengthen our Kotlin team by adding an experienced Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will:
- Help users by responding to their reports in YouTrack, identifying problems, and providing clear and actionable solutions.
- Investigate issues related to the Kotlin language, compiler, build tools, or IDE plugin, testing and analyzing to pinpoint the root causes.
- Collaborate with the development team by processing incoming reports of bugs and critical issues, helping to improve the quality and stability of the product.
- Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to team workflows, processes, and tools to boost efficiency and collaboration.
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices to stay at the forefront of the Kotlin ecosystem.

- A strong desire to help users by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Good written English skills to communicate effectively with a global audience.
- Experience with bug reproduction and the ability to write clear and concise bug reports.
- Familiarity with bug trackers and issue management tools.
- Strong self-organization and time-management skills to ensure no user request is overlooked.
- High motivation and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
The following additional skills would be nice to have:
- Familiarity with Kotlin and its ecosystem, including IntelliJ IDEA, Gradle, Maven, Android, JavaScript, and KMP.
- Prior experience in a support or troubleshooting role.
- A passion for improving tools and processes to make everyone’s work smoother.
