Sharing options for notebooks and workspaces

Workspaces

  • You can share: your own workspaces and workspaces you have edit access to

  • You cannot share your Private Workspace, but you can share individual notebooks from it.

Notebooks

  • Notebooks are shared automatically when you share a workspace.

  • You can share a specific notebook from your Private Workspace.

  • You cannot share a notebook in a shared workspace with a user who has no access to that workspace. As a workaround, you can clone such a notebook to your Private Workspace and share that clone with any user.
