Join a Project
If you want to start contributing to some project, you need to join it — i.e. become a member of that project.
Navigate to the project you're going to contribute to.
If you're already a member, you'll be listed on the project's page under project members. If not, contact the project administrator and ask for membership.
To find out who the project administrator is, click the Members widget on the project page:
While every project can be found by its name, some projects are grouped thematically and can be searched by their specific tag as well.
note
If you can't find a project that for sure exists, it might be because you don't have access rights for it. Private projects are only visible to the project members. Ask the project administrator for access.
Press Ctrl0K and start typing the project name.

tip
To pin a project you visit a lot to the Space entry page, add it to Favorites by clicking
next to its name.
Project members are the members that work on the project. They are provided with specific rights to access internal project resources and contribute to the project (e.g. commit to the project repositories, participate in code reviews).
Each project member has a Responsibility within the project — a part of the project they are in charge of.
Navigate to your project.
On the project page, click the Members widget:
All members of this project will be listed.
Navigate to your project.
On the project sidebar menu, choose Project Settings:
On the Project Settings page, choose the Responsibilities tab:
note
To assign or edit responsibilities, you need a Manage responsibilities permission, which is given to the Project Administrator by default.
