User Group

TeamCity allows you to manage set of user accounts by grouping them into a user group.

A user group can include any number of users and other user groups. Each user and user group can be included into multiple user groups.

Through user groups you can manage user's Role and Permission and Notification Rules. Each group can have associated roles and notification rules. Users get all the roles of the groups they belong to. Likewise, all the notification rules form the groups they belong to are treated as default notification rules for the users.

All Users Group

All Users is a special user group that is always present in the system. The group contains all users and no user can be removed from the group. You can modify roles and notification rules of the "All Users" group to make them default for all the users in the system.
