exposeAllParameters

Controls availability of dep. parameters to the builds depending on the current configuration by snapshot or artifact dependency. If true, then all the parameters defined in the build configuration will be available to the dependent builds. If false, then only the explicitly defined output parameters will be available to the dependent builds.
