Pyramid support in PyCharm includes:

Dedicated project type with an option to use Jinja2, Chameleon, or Mako template language and one of the available backends.
When a new Pyramid project is created, PyCharm creates a dedicated run/debug configuration for launching a Pyramid server.
Navigation between views and templates using the gutter icons.
Code completion and resolve.
