The Administration tab is available for users who have permissions of a Role and Permission for at least one project.
Projects and Build Configurations
Item | Description |
---|---|
Active Projects | The tab lists all active projects in the system. Each project is represented as a table that contains the list of its build configurations. |
Archived Projects | The tab lists all Archiving Projects in TeamCity. Each project is represented as a table that contains the list of its build configurations. |
Create project | Click this link to create a new TeamCity project. See Create Edit Project. |
Edit | Click to modify settings of the selected project of build configuration. See Creating and Editing Build Configurations and Create Edit Project. Click the down-arrow to select the particular settings section to navigate directly to. |
Copy | Click to create a clone of the selected project or a build configuration, and then modify it. See Creating and Editing Build Configurations and Create Edit Project. |
Create build configuration | Click to add a new build configuration. See Creating and Editing Build Configurations. |

Item | Description |

VCS roots | Click to view and edit version control system settings used by TeamCity. See VCS Roots. |
Build History Clean-up | Click to define a number of builds and the time to preserve them in the build history. See Build History Clean-Up Policy. |
User and Groups | Click to add new users, manage user accounts and user groups, configure settings for accounts and groups, etc. For details refer to Users and Groups section. |
Server Configuration | Click to view and change server settings. See Server Configuration. |
Audit | Click to browse TeamCity Audit log. |
Licenses | Click to view information about available licenses, and add new licenses. See Licenses. |
