Non-normalized annotation

Reports annotations in a shorthand form and suggests rewriting them in a normal form with an attribute name.

Example:

@SuppressWarnings("foo")

After the quick-fix is applied:

@SuppressWarnings(value = "foo")

Locating this inspection

By ID

Can be used to locate inspection in e.g. Qodana configuration files, where you can quickly enable or disable it, or adjust its settings.
